How do I get to the resort?
The resort is in Jyrgalan village, Issyk-Kul region. About 7 hours by car from Bishkek, 1 hour from Karakol. A transfer from the resort is available.
When does the winter season open?
The skiing season usually runs from December to March, depending on snow cover. Exact dates are published on the website.
Is equipment rental available?
Yes, the resort has modern rental of skis, snowboards and gear for adults and children.
Is the resort suitable for beginners?
Yes. There are beginner slopes and a ski school with instructors for children and adults.
Can I visit in summer?
Of course! In summer there is trekking, horse tours, mountain biking, fishing and eco-tours to lakes.
How do I book accommodation?
Choose a property in «Accommodation» or a ready package, click «Book» and fill in the form — we will contact you to confirm.
Do you accept card payments?
Yes, we accept Visa/Mastercard/Elcard bank cards as well as bank transfers for companies.
Is there Wi-Fi and mobile coverage?
All accommodations have Wi-Fi. Mobile coverage of major operators is available on the resort grounds.
