Open Joint Stock Company «Ala-Too Resort» announces a competitive recruitment of employees with subsequent training and internship for work at the Jyrgalan site of the all-season mountain cluster «Ala-Too Resort».
Open vacancies
The following positions are open within the competitive recruitment:
- Head of the ropeway — 1 position
- Machinist-operator — 12 positions
- Maintenance locksmith — 3 positions
- Electronics specialist — 3 positions
- Hydraulic mechanic — 1 position
Training and internship conditions
Candidates who successfully pass the competitive selection are sent for a two-month training and internship at the Jyrgalan site.
During the internship, the company fully covers the costs of:
- training
- accommodation
- meals
Upon completion of the program, employment issues are considered in accordance with the company’s internal regulations.
Competition procedure
The selection of candidates is carried out on the basis of the approved Regulations and takes place in two stages:
Stage I — selection by documents
At this stage, the commission reviews the documents submitted by the candidate and checks their compliance with the established requirements for education, work experience and other conditions of the vacancy.
Stage II — in-person interview
Held in the city of Karakol. During the interview, the candidate’s professional knowledge, work experience and personal qualities are assessed.
The decision of the competition commission is the basis for sending the candidate to training and internship.
